Finding Ada programmers just got a whole lot easier.

AdaCore is pleased to announce the launch of the Ada Intern Program: an initiative set up as part of the GNAT Academic Program to put our customers who are seeking Ada-knowledgeable interns in touch with universities seeking internships for students.

Several of our customers have told us about the difficulties encountered when seeking interns for Ada project assignments, and inversely, feedback from teachers of Ada indicates that it is not always easy to find internships for students wishing to work on Ada projects.

In response, the Ada Intern Program has been designed to assist organizations in finding interns from a large pool of Ada students, and is open to all AdaCore supported customers.

The GNAT Academic Program was set up in July 2004 to provide instructors of Ada at accredited universities with direct help and support for teaching Ada/GNAT. The program has attracted universities world wide, with more than 100 universities registered to date.
